These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of SurgePulse™ (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

“Service” includes the website, dashboards, research outputs, alerts, APIs, and related tools.
“User” means anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
“Signals / Alerts” are informational outputs that may include watchlists, indicators, estimates, probabilities, or targets.
2 Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3 Not Financial Advice / Risk Disclosure
The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Trading involves risk, including loss of principal.
- Past performance is not indicative of future results.
- Any examples, projections, probability scores, or targets are estimates and may be inaccurate.
- You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.
IMPORTANT: You should consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.
4 Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include:
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract model logic, signals, or datasets at scale.
- Using the Service for unlawful market manipulation or fraud.
- Sharing, reselling, or redistributing subscription access without permission.
- Attempting to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
- Uploading malicious code or interfering with the Service’s operation.
5 Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations
If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges (if selected).

6 Availability, Downtime & Data Accuracy
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, real-time delivery, or error-free outputs.
- Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to third-party sources.
- Alerts may be delayed by network issues, platform limitations, or provider outages.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7 Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, UI/UX, branding, content, methodologies, and outputs, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service for personal or internal use.
- You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.
8 Privacy & Security
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may collect and process information needed to operate the Service, handle billing, and improve performance.
- We implement reasonable safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.
- You are responsible for using strong passwords and protecting your account.
9 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

10 Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the Service unlawfully.
- Termination may result in loss of access to data, settings, and account history.
- Sections intended to survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.
11 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, posting on the site or updating the effective date).
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Company’s operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us first.
- If unresolved, disputes may be handled in the courts of competent jurisdiction (unless otherwise required by law).
